The first Tesla car was sold at auction in 2010 for $5,000, then for $10,000.
Now, the first Tesla is for sale for $1,500.
Tesla has a $10 million cash investment in the company and it has pledged to sell all of its cars at full price.
The carmaker has been expanding its electric cars and has recently added a car with a battery that can go 200 miles on a single charge, the Model 3.
The company also plans to make a car that can travel for as long as six hours without refueling.
The company is also considering selling a second-gen Model 3 to go along with its larger, Model S sedan.
The $1.5 million offer comes just weeks after the company announced it would purchase the auto-parts maker General Motors, which is the largest manufacturer of electric vehicles in the world.
Tesla also announced it will build its own factory in Mexico, which would help make the Model S.
